ICFAI University Tripura

The ICFAI University, Tripura was established in the year 2004 through an Act of State Legislature of Tripura State (Tripura Act 8 of 2004) vide Gazette Notification No.8(4)-Law/Leg-1/2004, dated 1st April 2004. The University believes in creating and disseminating knowledge and skills in core and frontier areas through research, innovative educational programs, consulting and publishing, and developing a new cadre of citizens with a high level of competence and deep sense of ethics and commitment to the code of professional conduct. ICFAI University, Tripura also offers distance education as approved by the Distance Educational Council (DEC) through its letter No.DEC/ICFAI/Tripura/6164 dated 23.10.2007. Accordingly, the University has established Directorate of Distance Education to offer Bachelor’s and Master’s programs in Management and Information Technology under distance learning mode. The University offers courses in Bachelor Degree, Master Degree, Paramedical Science, Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga (PGDY), Doctoral Programs, etc. The University awards Bachelor's and Master's Degree to the students who successfully complete the relevant Program, subject to the University Regulations. The university also offers a Ph.D. program in various fields such as Management, Engineering, etc. The university also offer distance programs in both Bachelor’s and Master’s level. ICFAI University Tripura Admission Process The Candidates are selected on the basis of an interview conducted by ICFAI Tripura for admission to various UG and PG courses.
